TPG-IAM cannot guarantee changes to CE reimbursement.
PRMCE is not legally required to provide merit or market adjustments while it negotiates with TPG-IAM.
Remember, TPG-IAM has yet to successfully negotiate a first contract for any of its members. Some members have been waiting over two years.
